Kate was absolutely wonderful from start to finish helping us plan our Mum’s funeral. She handled everything with such warmth, sensitivity and care, and we always felt we were in the safest possible hands. She supported us throughout with kindness, patience and deep respect.
So many people commented afterwards on how much they loved hearing about our Mum’s story and how they felt they had come to know her even better through the beautiful and heartfelt script Kate wrote.
We are incredibly grateful for her compassion and professionalism for our family at such a difficult time and we will always treasure what she created for our Mum.
